Jon Kabat-Zinn

Jon Kabat-Zinn ( born June 5, 1944 in New York) is an emeritus professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester. He teaches mindfulness meditation to help people to cope better with stress, anxiety and illness.
