Jonathan Castroviejo

Jonathan Castroviejo Nicolas (* April 27, 1987 in Getxo ) is a Spanish road racing cyclist.

Castroviejo in 2005 was third in the road race in the Spanish championship in the junior class. From 2008 to 2009 he drove for the Spanish Continental team Orbea. In his first year there, he finished at the Vuelta a la Rioja third place in the junior rankings. In 2009 he won a stage of the Tour du Haut Anjou and a section at the Ronde de l' Isard, where he was also second overall. He also won a stage of the Tour de l' Avenir for themselves.

Before the 2010 season, he joined the UCI ProTour team Euskaltel -Euskadi. In the Tour of Catalonia he won the Sprint Appreciation for themselves. He's a good time trialist, which he was able to pull many good results. Particularly stand out a second place in the time trial of the Vuelta a Asturias in 2010 and a fifth place in the Spanish time trial championships.

Tirreno- Adriatico In 2011, he was able to sit down again with an eighth place in the final time trial in the scene.
