Jondal

Jondal is a municipality in the Norwegian Fylke Hordaland. It lies on the Folgefonhalbinsel on the south side of the Hardangerfjord. It is bordered on the south by the municipalities of Odda and Kvinnherad, to the east and northeast Ullensvang and to the west and northwest by Kvam.

Parts of the glacier Folgefonna lie in the municipality. Folgefonna summer skiing offers in the summer (from May to October depending on snow and weather conditions ) conditions for winter sports.
