José Alberto "El Canario"

José Alberto ( born December 22, 1958 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic), actually, because of his singing talent called José Alberto Justiniano also known as " El Canario ", is a Dominican salsa musician.

Career

José Alberto was born in 1958 in Villa Consuelo district, Santo Domingo. At the age of seven, he moved with his family to Puerto Rico, where he sang at the Las Antillas Military Academy. In the 1970s he moved to New York City, where he held numerous engagements with Orquestern. In October 1977 he reached 73 international attention as the bandleader of Tipica group. In 1983, José Alberto his own band and became famous after the release of the album " Noches Calientes " 1984 in the salsa scene. The 1991 released " Dance with me " was with hits such as " Sueño Contigo " paved the way for the music style Salsa Romantica. José Alberto sang at concerts in the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Peru, Venezuela, Panama and Ecuador. 24 May 2008, José Alberto celebrated his 30 years in the music industry with a big concert at the United Palace Theater on Broadway in New York. Among the guests were Oscar D' León, Ismael Miranda, Raulin Rosendo, Joe Arroyo and music producer Ralph Mercado.
