José Manuel Velázquez

José Manuel Velázquez ( born September 8, 1990 in Ciudad Bolívar ) is a Venezuelan football player.

Career

Association

His professional career began in 2007 when Velázquez CD Lara in Barquisimeto. In 2008 he moved to Deportivo Anzoategui where he won the first professional title of his career with the Venezuelan Association Cup. Between 2009 and 2012 he was at the second team of Villarreal under contract, arrived there, however, at no obligation stake. Instead, he was at AC Mineros borrowed where he could win the cup competition again in 2011 in Venezuela. Between July 2012 and its premature termination of the contract in November 2013 Velázquez stood at Panathinaikos Athens Greece under contract.

National

Velázquez has played by the U-15 to U -20 for all youth national teams of Venezuela, with which he participated in a number of international tournaments. Among the most important tournaments included the U -17 World Cup 2007 and the FIFA U-20 World Cup 2009.

His debut with the senior national team of Venezuela he gave on 28 March 2009 in the game against Argentina.
