Josef Bauer (artist)

Josef Bauer ( born January 12, 1934 in Wels, Upper Austria ) is an Austrian artist.

Life and career

After studying painting at the School of Art in Linz Bauer primarily manufactured plastic work in the field of tactile poetry. In 1994 he was awarded the Culture Prize of the City of Linz, one year later, he received the Culture Prize of Upper Austria for Fine Arts.
