Josep Escolà

Josep Escolà Segalés ( born August 28, 1914 in Barcelona, † March 7, 1998 ) was a Spanish footballer and coach. The well-known especially for his fair play striker spent the greatest time of his playing career at FC Barcelona.

Career

Escolà made ​​his league debut for FC Barcelona on December 2, 1934 in a 4-0 over Arenas Club de Getxo, where he scored the last goal. By 1936 he was able to twice win the Catalan Championship and once to move into the final of the Spanish Cup, where 1936 Real Madrid defeated with 1:2.
