Joseph Minion

Joseph "Joe" Minion ( born 1957 in Teaneck, New Jersey) is an American screenwriter and director.

Life

Minion was trained at New York University and Columbia University. 1984 his screenplay After-hours was optioned by the producers Griffin Dunne and Amy Robinson and finally implemented by Martin Scorsese. After it became known that it was the script in parts constituted a plagiarism of a radio host Joe Frank work, Frank complained and eventually reached a settlement of a sum of an unknown amount.

In the coming years Minion wrote more screenplays before to that produced by Roger Corman Action Comedy Daddy 's Boys 1988 was his directorial debut. 1999 Minion still turned the low-budget film Trafficking.
