Josip Šimunić

Josip "Joe" Šimunić [ jɔsip ʃimunitɕ ] ( born February 18, 1978 in Canberra, Australia) is a Croatian football player. He stands at the Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb under contract.

Association

Šimunić graduated from the support program of the Australian Institute of Sport and thereupon began his career with the Melbourne Knights. He was awarded the NSL Youth Player of the Year in 1996.
