Journey South

Journey South is a two-headed pop / rock band from the UK. It was founded by two brothers Carl and Andy Pemberton in Middlesbrough. Your breakthrough was achieved by the two in the fall of 2005 to the third place in the talent show The X Factor, which was produced by the British broadcaster ITV.

The two musicians had already unsuccessfully played in local pubs and clubs for eight years prior to their participation in the competition. After the hit TV series them record deals were offered by five labels. Journey South finally signed with Sony BMG.
