Juan Alfonso de Baena
Juan Alfonso de Baena (* around 1375 in Baena, † 1434 in Córdoba ) was a Castilian troubadour songs and collectors.
Juan Al ( f) onso de Baena served at the court of Juan II as escribano Escribiente ( writer and notary public ). He was probably marranisch / Jewish origin, which explains its nickname Judino.
Cancionero de Baena Under the title ( created 1426-1430 ) he collected several poems and songs, which had arisen in Castile since the end of the 14th century. The collection includes works by 56 authors, among whom there are several Marranos.
