Juan MartÃnez Brito
Juan Martínez Brito ( born May 17, 1958 in Guanabacoa, Havana ) is a retired Cuban discus thrower.
In 1982 he won the bronze medal at the Central American and Caribbean Games. The following year he presented on 21 May in Havana with his personal best of 70,00 m, was seventh at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki in 1983 and took the bronze medal at the Pan American Games in Caracas.
The following year, Cuba boycotted the Olympic Games in Los Angeles. The substitute discharged competitions of friendship Martínez finished second.
In 1985 he was like two years ago Central America and Caribbean runners-up. In 1986 he won silver at the Central American and Caribbean Games, 1991 again at the Pan American Games in Havana Bronze. At the Olympic Games in Barcelona, he finished sixth.
