Juan Ramón Carrasco

Juan Ramón Carrasco Torres ( born September 15, 1956 in Sarandi del Yi, Uruguay ) is a former Uruguayan football player and current coach.

Player

Association

Carrasco began his playing career with Nacional in 1973 in the Uruguayan Primera División and made his debut there on 22 August 1973. 1978, he moved to Argentina for River Plate and played there until 1980. The following year he joined Club for the colors of Racing and shot there in the Primera División Metropolitano in 32 games 18 goals. About the Mexican club Tecos, for whom he met between 1981 and 1983 in 28 games four times, led his way back to Uruguay. There he joined again in Montevideo Nacional on. As early as 1985 he left the club but again and played in that year first at city rivals Danubio FC and consequently in the Venezuelan club Cucuta Deportivo. Coach

In Rocha, his last stop as a player, he began his work as a trainer.
