Judd Bankert

Judd Bankert ( born September 9, 1949) is a former biathlete guamesischer.

Judd Bankert is an American citizen. He first worked as accountants ( certified public accountant ) in Detroit. In 1981 he went as a computer consultant to Guam. As the Olympic Committee starter for the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo sought, Bankert started with the cross-country skiing. For this he moved to Bellingham in Washington State, where he coached for one year with the Western Washington University cross-country ski team. He later coached in West Yellowstone with the U.S. national team. Finally Bankert was able to attend for Guam at the Olympic Winter Games in 1988 by Calgary and was there in the sprint before Elliot Archilla 71 and Penultimate. How Archilla, who took for Puerto Rico, Bankert was the only biathlete his NOCs who ever took part in the Olympic Games. After the games, he lived for a short time on Guam, then moved back to the U.S. and settled in Staunton. In 1996 he was co-organizer of a company that tried to recreate the Stampeders the Klondike Gold Rush in several months of the event.
