Jujeh kabab

Dschudsche Kabab (also: Juje - Kabab, Persian جوجهکباب ) is a widely used in Iran and very popular chicken dish. It consists of chicken pieces, which are placed in a marinade of lime juice, olive oil, ( geminzten ) onions, saffron and salt and fried on a grill or in the oven. There are regular ( halved ) grilled tomato and rice.

Dschudsche kabab is one of the most popular feast in Iran. Particular, the Court is prepared on the occasion of weddings or dinner in the large family setting with friends. In Persian area the food is known as " mehmoonis ".
