Jules de Balincourt

Jules de Bali Court (born 1972 in Paris) is a French- American artist in the style of Art Brut (English outsiders art ).

Life

After the divorce of his parents, Jules de Bali Court grown since the early 1980s in Los Angeles. He studied until 1998 at the California College of the Arts in San Francisco ( BFA ) and then at Hunter College in New York, where he earned his degree in 2005 (MFA ).

She now lives and Jules de Bali Court works in Brooklyn, New York.

He was represented until 2010 by the Zach Feuer Gallery in New York; since he is working with the gallery Deitch in the U.S. and with the gallery Ropac, Paris and Salzburg.
