Julia Vorobieva

Julija Valerevna Worobjowa (Russian Юлия Валерьевна Воробьёва; born June 25, 1974 in Moscow, Russian Soviet Republic) is a former Russian figure skater who competed for the Soviet Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the United team and Azerbaijan in a single run, and later worked as a trainer.

Julija Worobjowa was the last Soviet champion in figure skating ladies and took this title in 1991 and 1992. 1991 she took for the Soviet Union participated in the European Championship and the World Cup. In 1992, she appeared as a member of the United team at the European and World Championships for the CIS to and at the Olympic Winter Games in Albertville.

From 1994, she competed for Azerbaijan and took under this flag in 1998 one more time at the Olympic Winter Games in part.

In 2001, she finished her career to devote herself entirely to her work as a trainer at the figure skating school in Odintsovo. There they had both self- trained since 2000 as also worked as a trainer.
