Julie Frost

Julie Frost ( born 1970 ) is an American songwriter, singer, and record producer. She lives in Los Angeles.

Julie Frost grew up in a rural area in the U.S. state of Vermont and began in 1992 in Chicago to perform in public. Her first solo album My Wave (2002) brought her a decent result in a several critics; her singing style has been repeatedly compared to the Jewel. Later she founded a private music studio " Happy Child Studios ", which focuses on producing songs for families and children, and released the album Happy Child Music ( 2006).

She works for the U.S. company RedZone Entertainment of Atlanta, a music production company, written and produced songs for a number of internationally renowned musicians. Frost was, although not mentioned by name as co -author, among other things, the title Umbrella by Rihanna involved.

With the Danish musician John Gordon, she works since 2008. Together texted with him and composed them the winning title of the Euro Vision Song Contest 2010 Satellite, which was a number -one hit in the interpretation of Lena Meyer -Landrut in several European countries. In 2011 she co-wrote with Madonna for the film WE song Masterpiece and received the Golden Globe Award 2012 in the category of Best Original Song.
