Julie Vinter Hansen

Julie Marie Vinter Hansen ( born July 20, 1890 in Copenhagen, † July 27, 1960 in Murren, Switzerland ) was a Danish astronomer. A common abbreviation of its name seems to have been JVH.

Her parents were the teachers and politicians Jørgen Hansen (1837-1911) and his wife Sophie Rasmine Vinter (1848-1929), who came from a sailor family. In 1917 she received an academic degree from the University of Copenhagen. Even during this period, and afterwards she worked at the Astronomical Observatory of the University.

In astronomical terms it is known that it made calculations of the comet Comas Sola.
