Juliusz Kleiner

Juliusz Kleiner ( born April 24, 1886 in Lviv, † March 23, 1957 in Kraków ) was a Polish philosopher and historian of literature.

Little studied after high school in Lviv at the university Polish Language, German and philosophy. 1916-1920 he was a professor at Warsaw, then in 1920 at the Lvov University. He was a member of the PAU and PAN. During the Soviet occupation of eastern Poland, he remained a professor at the University of Lemberg. After the German attack on the USSR, including Lviv Eastern Poland fell under the German occupation and Little appeared when Jan Zalutyński under at Fudakowski, Teleżyńskis and Żółtowskis. After the war he became a professor at the Catholic University of Lublin and from 1947 at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
