Jumeirah Garden City
Jumeirah Gardens is the name of a construction project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The project
The project was presented by the new project developer " Meraas Development" in October 2008 at the world's largest real estate fair " Cityscape Dubai ". It is an urban remodeling, for its realization once extensive already built-up areas from the last 3 decades in parts of the district quarters " Old Satwa " and " Al Wasl " in Dubai's Jumeirah must be cleared by demolition.
