K. Beringen-Heusden-Zolder

The Koninklijke VV Beringen - Heusden -Zolder is a Belgian football club from Heusden -Zolder and Beringen in the Belgian district Limburg in Flanders. The club plays after the descent and the Lizenzentzügen in recent years in the third division of Belgium. The club colors are green and white.

General

The club was founded in 1936 as SK Heusden. Immediately afterwards the name was changed to KSK Heusden. In 1997 the club played for the first time in the third- highest division in Belgium. Two years later, the club merged with KFC Helzold to KSK Heusden-Zolder. 2000 allowed the club for the first time ran in the second highest league in Belgium. Two years later, continued the run of success and the club played in the Jupiler League, the highest Belgian league. In their first season the club finished fifth straight away. The team was thus far the most growing and improved team in Belgium of all time, with five climbs in the last ten years. In 2003, the first descent and the club had again in the second division ran. 2005, the name was changed Heusden-Zolder in KVV Beringen. This year it happened to license revocation for the second league, so had the club since that time playing in the third highest division in Belgium. In early 2006, the club was temporarily resolved, and since April this year, the Berkenbos VV plays under the name Koninklijke VV Beringen - Heusden -Zolder, in the third division of Belgium.
