Kaare Wahlberg

Kåre Walberg ( born July 3, 1912, in Hamar, Hedmark, † February 29, 1988 ) was a Norwegian ski jumper.

Walberg made ​​his international debut at the Nordic World Ski Championships 1931 in Oberhof where he finished in 5th place. He won in 1932 jumping at Holmenkollen in Oslo and 1933 in the Norwegian Championships bronze medal behind Einstein Raabe and Reidar Andersen. Shortly after, he won the bronze medal in the special jumping at the 1932 Olympics in Lake Placid, which were also the world championships at the same time. At the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch -Partenkirchen, he finished fourth.
