Kabinda District
Cabinda is a district of the province of Kasai - Oriental, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Main town of Cabinda is the city. An administrative reform adopted in 2005 saw the right to give the field Kabindas under the name Lomami the province status. However, it was not implemented and canceled by a constitutional amendment of President Joseph Kabila in January 2011.
