Kai Hesse ( born June 20, 1985 in Wickede ) is a German football player.

Career

Hesse began his career at the SF Oestrich- Iserlohn and the BSV Menden. In 2000 he moved to the youth of the FC Schalke he was with the B- youth of FC Schalke 04 German Champion 04 2002. In the season 2004/ 05 he was part of the senior squad, but came to no use Bundesliga. In 2005 he moved to VfB Lübeck and from there in 2006 for TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. On 19 August 2007, he played on the Game Borussia Mönchengladbach against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim his first professional use.

On 27 August 2008, he joined the second division 1 FC Kaiserslautern. In his first year there he was indeed on 21 missions, but rarely they lasted over the full season.
