The Kamata Station (Japanese蒲 田 駅, Kamata -eki ) is located in Ōta -ku in Tokyo. It is served by the Keihin - Tohoku Line of JR East and the Ikegami line and Tōkyū Tamagawa Line of Tōkyō kyuko Dentetsu. In 2006, a daily average of 134 096 persons took advantage of the JR line and 150 059 people, the Tokyu lines.
