The Kangal Tarbo 1 is a 6,315 m high mountain in the Himalayas in the Lahaul and Spiti District (Himachal Pradesh ). The mountain was first climbed on 9 September 2000 by an expedition of the Irish Mountaineering Club under the leadership of Paddy O'Leary.
