Kari Byron

Kari Elizabeth Byron ( born December 18, 1974 in the San Francisco Bay Area, California) is an American sculptor, painter and television presenter. Byron was known primarily for the television program MythBusters - The knowledge hunter.

Life

After she had finished her studies in Film Studies and sculptural design at San Francisco State University, Kari Byron took first several trips before she began working as a painter and sculptor. She had with her ​​works several successful exhibitions in prestigious galleries in San Francisco. Your design skills and her penchant for odd jobs they soon led to the realm of model design and the creation of prototypes in the toy sector, so that they got a job at M5 Industries, a company that was founded in 1997 by Jamie Hyneman. Kari Byron is married to artist Paul Urich since 2006. The couple has a daughter.

Moderator

In MythBusters Byron co-host is on a team with Tory Belleci and Grant Imahara and works with Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman together. It tries to go different myths on the ground.
