Kate Bracken

Kate Bracken ( born June 12, 1990 in Scotland) is a Scottish actress.

Life

Kate Bracken was born in June 1990 and grew up in Fort William. She attended drama school Motherwell College, which she successfully completed in 2011. Her first television role she got in the television series Inspector George Gently - The Incorruptible. She played the Hazel Holdaway in the episode Gently Upside Down. This was followed by an appearance in the TV series New Tricks - The crime specialists. There she played Mia eagle in the episode Blue Flower. As Bracken in 2011 moved to London, she had an audition for the British television series Being Human. She was cast in the role of Alex. This has in the fourth season of her first appearance. Her role in the series was initially planned as only a minor role, but was expanded with the start of the fifth season in a starring role.

Through the presentation of the Alex in Being Human Kate Bracken was also known internationally. This was followed by an appearance as Shirelle in the TV movie Rubenesque as well as several appearances as the shy Scottish girl Karen in the British television series Misfits.
