Katukinan languages

The Katukina languages ​​are a small indigenous language family of South America, which is widespread in eastern Brazil and consists of only three languages:

  • Kanamari [ knm ] (approx. 1,700 speakers)
  • Katawixi [ xat ] ( 10 speakers)
  • Katukina [ kav ] (practically extinct)
