Katy Mixon

Katy Elizabeth Mixon ( born March 30, 1981 in Pensacola, Florida ) is an American actress.

Life

She studied at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh before the ensemble of the Utah Shakespearean Festival joined, with whom she won the 2000 Regional Theatre Tony Award. In 2003, she moved to Los Angeles in 2005 and had their first performance in front of the camera in the feature film The Quiet. In 2008, she was in the movies My treasure, our family and me, and to see Finding Amanda in an episode of My Name Is Earl. After her breakthrough with her ​​starring role in the television series Eastbound & Down, she stood next to Billy Bob Thornton and Winona Ryder for The Informers, opposite Russell Crowe and Ben Affleck in the film adaptation of the miniseries State of Play - state of play and with Sandra Bullock for All About Steve in front of the camera.
