Kâzım Koyuncu
Kâzım Koyuncu ( born November 7, 1971 in Hopa, Artvin, † 25 June 2005 in Istanbul) was a Turkish singer lasischer descent.
Career
In 1992 he founded together with his friends Cafer Isleyen, Gursoy Tanç, Ugurcan Sezen, Zülfikar Murat Dilek, Mahmut Turan, Metin Kalac, Mehmedali Baris Besli the first lasische rock group Zuğaşi Berepe (Turkish: Denizin Çocukları, German: Children of the Sea). Va Mişkunan ( German: We do not know ), the first album of the band, was released in 1995, followed in 1998 with İgzas ( gidiyor ) the second, which should be the last at the same time.
With the album Viya the singer began his solo career in 2001. In 2004 he was diagnosed with cancer. Kâzım Koyuncu died on 25 June 2005 and was buried in his home village.
