Keisha Castle-Hughes

Keisha Castle -Hughes (born 24 March 1990 in Donnybrook, Western Australia) is a New Zealand actress.

Actress

On 27 January 2004 she was nominated for the role of Paikea in Niki Caro's film Whale Rider as then youngest actress nominated for an Oscar as best actress. In 2005, she played in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, the role of the Queen of Naboo Apailana. In 2006, she stood as Mary, the mother of Jesus, in it came to pass at the time ... on camera.

After the birth of her daughter Castle-Hughes worked again with Niki Caro in The Vintner's Luck ( 2009). In the fantasy drama she is a wife of a French winemaker ( Jérémie Renier played by ) to see.

Private life

Keisha Castle -Hughes is the daughter of an Australian and a New Zealand Māori. She lives in New Zealand since the age of four.

Keisha was at the age of 17 years, mother, she gave birth to a daughter on 25 April 2007. Father is her two year older longtime partner Bradley Hull.
