Kellyn Acosta

Kellyn Acosta ( born July 24, 1995, Plano, Texas ) is an American soccer player who currently plays for FC Dallas in Major League Soccer.

Career

Association

Acosta played for the academy of FC Dallas before he signed a contract in July 2012 ( although he was not chosen until 2013 ). He played three games in the league of reserves and was named player of the season 2011/12, the U.S. Soccer Development Academy Central Conference elected.

It was in August 2013 his debut in the first team in the 0-3 defeat against the Seattle Sounders FC.

National

After Acosta was started at the U -17 World Cup in 2011, he became the youngest player in the American team at the U-20 World Cup 2013.
