Kerema is a village (Estonian küla ) in the rural community Pühalepa ( Pühalepa vald ). It is the second largest Estonian island of Hiiumaa ( German Dagö ).

Kerema has 16 inhabitants ( 31 December 2011).

The town's landmark is a large boulder. Its perimeter is 13.8 m. The vernacular brings the rock twice with the mythological villain Vanapagan, sometimes in conjunction with the giant Tõll.
