Kerio Technologies ( Kerio short ) is a global provider of complete IT infrastructure solutions for communication, connection and safety. Headquartered in San Jose (California ), the company was founded in 1997 offices in New York City, Brazil, Germany, the UK, Russia and Australia.

History and products

Kerio launched in 1997 in the Internet market with the distribution of WinRoute Pro, this software package belonged to February 2002 Tiny Software and was also developed by this further.

In February 2002 Tiny Software Sales and Development handed over completely to Kerio.

Length gained fame through the Kerio Kerio Personal Firewall version 2.1, which was first published in March 2002 under the brand Kerio. Version 4 was released in November 2003. In December 2005, Kerio Personal Firewall sold still in version 4 to Sunbelt Software, which they further sales under the name Sunbelt Personal Firewall.

Current main products are Kerio Control, a complete solution for threat control and network monitoring, as well as Kerio Connect, a highly integrated email and messaging server application that includes anti - virus, anti- spam, archiving and backup. Kerio Operator is an IP PBX system for small and medium businesses. Kerio Workspace is a server software for small and medium-sized enterprises for the secure exchange and collaborate on documents.
