The Kesagami Lake is a lake in the Cochrane District in the Canadian province of Ontario.

The Kesagami Lake is located 80 km south of James Bay and 140 kilometers north of Cochrane. The lake measures approximately 22 km in a north-south direction and 10 km in east-west direction. In the southeast, he has a 20 km long narrow bay side, Newnham Bay, in which the Kesagami River flows. The lake has no further significant inflows. The Kesagami River leaves the lake on the northeastern shore. The lake has an area of ​​approximately 150 km ². The average water depth is only 2 meters. The 205 m high altitude lake located in the area of the Canadian Shield.

The lake lies entirely in Kesagami Provincial Park.
