Kevin Hooks
Kevin Hooks ( born September 19, 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American actor and film and television director.
Life
Hooks is a son of actor Robert Hooks. He began his career in film as an actor in the late 1960s. For his role in the movie The Year without a father (1972 ) he received a nomination for the Golden Globe Award for Best Young Actor. In the next few years, he was mostly seen in various television productions. In the 1980s he turned increasingly to the Director. To date, he led in particular in various television series and films Director ( including 24 and Prison Break ). Occasionally, he also directed movies. In the 2000s, he was also involved as an executive producer on several series, including Human Target.
Hooks is married for the second time. From his first marriage comes a child with his current wife, he has two more.
