Kfir-Brigade

The Kfir Brigade (Hebrew חטיבת כפיר, Chativat kfir, also a Lion Cub Brigade ), officially 900 Brigade, as an infantry brigade, a major unit of the Israeli army. The brigade was established as the youngest Brigade of the Army, 2005. It is mainly used in the West Bank to combat terrorism and to secure the roads. The beret color is camo and the coat of arms consists of an upright made ​​white sword with wings on red background. The brigade consists of six battalions.

The Kfir Brigade Monument is located in Afula and commemorates the fallen soldiers of the brigade.
