Kim Verner Andersson ( born August 21, 1982 in Kävlinge, Sweden) is a Swedish handball player.
Career
Andersson was the early 2000s as one of the greatest talents in the right rear area of the Swedish handball. The hotly sought-after players signed in the spring of 2003 a three-year contract with THW Kiel. Kim Andersson was able to pick and choose when he wanted to leave his former club IK Sävehof. For his personal development he stayed another season in Sävehof. 2005 Kim Andersson moved to THW. The Zebras he won three times the EHF Champions League, six times the German championship, five times the DHB Cup four times and the DHB Supercup. After a knee operation in April 2010, Kim Andersson had to take an eight-month break and only came back in December 2010 for use. In summer 2012, a change to the Danish club AG København was provided. After this, however, in July 2012, following the withdrawal of United Investors Jesper Nielsen went bankrupt and Andersson was without a club, he joined in August 2012 KIF Kolding on.
His debut for the Swedish national team gave Andersson on 18 June 2001 against Greece. Since then he came to 207 times, scoring 747 goals. At the Olympic Games in London in 2012 he won the silver medal with the Swedish team and was voted into the All -Star team.

Kim Andersson is married and has a son and a daughter.
