Kimberly Peirce

Kimberly Peirce ( born September 8, 1967 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) is an American director and screenwriter.

She became famous by the movie implementation of their short film Boys Do not Cry in 1999, which was awarded for the best leading role with an Oscar. 2013 Pierce accompanied the remake of Carrie - Satan ' youngest daughter as a director. The film is based on a screenplay by Roberto Aguirre - Sacasa, but which focuses more on the same Stephen King novel.
