Kincardine O'Neil

Kincardine O'Neil is a settlement in the Scottish unitary authority Aberdeenshire and traditional Scottish county of Kincardineshire. It is located in the region Deeside about 35 km west of Aberdeen and 60 km north- north-east of Dundee on the north bank of the Dee. In 1971, Kincardine O'Neil recorded 177 inhabitants. Kincardine O'Neil lies at an altitude of about 70 m.

Among the most important buildings in Kincardine O'Neil include the old parish church from the 14th century, a historical customs station and an Episcopal church in the year 1866. The A93 runs through Kincardine O'Neil and includes the village on to the road network. A short distance east branches off the B993 in a northeasterly direction and leads to the other side of Inverurie. South of Inverurie, it offers a connection to the A96, which connects Inverness with Aberdeen.
