Kiryat Mal'achi (Hebrew קריית מלאכי ) is a city in Israel, about 40 kilometers south of Tel Aviv in the hills of the Shephelah.

Kiryat Mal'achi ( city of the Prophet Malachi ) was founded as a development town in the early 1950s. In 1969, Moshe Katsav became mayor and was aged 24 at the time the youngest mayor in Israel.

Until December 31, 2005 Kiryat Mal'achi had reached a population of 19,400.
