Kjell Arne Bratli

Kjell Arne Bratli ( born August 25, 1948) is a Norwegian author, officer and military officer of the Norwegian Parliament from 2006 to 2014.

Life and career

Bratli was captain in the naval service and officer in a special use. His missions took place during the Cold War in Europe as well as in Afghanistan and in the countries in the Middle East.

Subsequently, he was chief of the APIC North (NATO Press and Information Service) and adviser to the Labour Party in Parliament from 1978 to 1981, as well as advisor to the Bureau of the Parliament in the years from 2003 to 2006.
