KJots

KJots is a program with which you can write and manage notes. It was created for the graphical Linux KDE user interface and fits completely into their desktop.

A special feature of KJots is that notes can be saved and sorted in all books. It also books can be created within books. This allows for a more complex management.

For the text formatting tools such as bold, italic, font, color, indentation, etc. are available, words / text passages can be combined with other books or links that can then be accessed via Ctrl- click. The insertion of images is not possible.

In KJots "books" created can be exported as HTML pages, as well as individual pages.

In addition to stand-alone presentation KJots can also be displayed within the PIM application Kontact.
