Klaus Klaffenböck

Klaus Klaffenböck ( born July 24, 1968 in Peuerbach, Upper Austria, Austria ) is an Austrian motorcycle racer and team owner.

Career

Klaffenböck has long been successful team - Pilot, 2001, he was able to LCR - Suzuki celebrating the world title along with Christian Parzer.

In 2002, Klaus Klaffenböck "Team Klaffi ". Isle of Man TT 2010

On 5 June, 2010 Klaus Klaffenböck could, together with the its local passenger Daniel Sayle celebrate his first victory in the Tourist Trophy on the Isle of Man. The two referenced with their LCR Honda team in the first of two runs after four rounds on the nearly 38 -mile Snaefell Mountain Course, the local hero Dave Molyneux / Patrick Farrance with a lead of almost three seconds in second place.

Five days later, on 10 June 2010, Klaffenböck / Sayle also won the second sidecar race the TT. He profited from the failures in the meantime leading Dave Molyneux and Simon Neary. At the beginning of the last of the three rounds, the duo Klaffenböck / Sayle was a residue of 10.15 seconds for second place behind John Holden / Andrew Winkle. The Austrians took on continuously and referred the British in the target by 1.12 seconds still in second place.
