Criticism

Under the leadership of Klaus -Peter Müller, Commerzbank took over on 31 March 2006, shortly before the financial crisis by Deutsche Bank and Allianz (Dresdner Bank) whose third shares of the then largest European real estate and public funders EuroHypo.Am January 12, 2009 was completed the acquisition of Dresdner Bank from Allianz AG. These two acquisitions performed in conjunction with the banking crisis means that Commerzbank had to be rescued in 2009 with tax funds from insolvency. Nevertheless, Klaus -Peter Müller holds the acquisition of Dresdner Bank continues to be right. Only the time have turned out to be " unhappy " in retrospect.
