The Office Small Magpie ( Lower), Small to 1995 Office Elster, 1992 in a formed Office in Brandenburg, in the initially nine municipalities in the former county Finsterwalde had together (from 1993 Elbe-Elster district, Brandenburg ) to a management group. The Brandenburg Interior Minister ordered the office a little later to three more churches. The seat is mass Lower Lusatia in the community. Through municipal mergers and incorporations, the Office currently has only four municipalities.

Geographical location

The Office Small Magpie ( Lower) lies to the east of the district Elbe- Elster in Brandenburg ( Germany ). It is bordered to the north by the municipality and Heideblick and the official free city Luckau, on the east by the official free city Calau, the Office Altdöbern and the official free city Grossraeschen, to the south by the municipality and Schipkau and the official free Lauchhammer (all Oberspreewald -Lausitz ) and to the west by the official free cities Finsterwalde and Sonnenwalde ( Elbe-Elster district ).

The municipalities with its districts

The Office Small Magpie ( Lower) currently manages four municipalities:

  • Crinitz with the district Gahro
  • Lights -Schacksdorf with the districts lights field, Schacksdorf and Lieskau
  • Mass Lower Lusatia with the districts Babben, beds, Gröbitz, masses, and Lindthal Ponnsdorf
  • Sallgast with the districts Dollenchen, Göllnitz and Sallgast

History

The Minister of the Interior of Brandenburg issued on 13 July 1992 its approval for the formation of the Office Kleine Elster. As the time of conclusion of the Office July 21, 1992 has been set. The office was located in the municipality of beds and initially consisted of eleven municipalities in the former county Finsterwalde ( in the order of citation in the Official Journal ):

For August 28, 1992 also the communities Crinitz, Babben and Gahro were attached to the Office Kleine Elster. However, the assignment was valid until 28 August 1994. This limitation was lifted on 29 August 1994. On April 3, 1995, the seat of the Office of beds was moved masses in the church. The Office was renamed the Office Small Magpie ( Lower). December 31, 1997, the municipalities lights field and Schacksdorf merged to form the new municipality of lights -Schacksdorf. At the same time the communities Dollenchen Sallgast and formed the new congregation Sallgast, and the communities Babben, beds, Lindthal and masses merged to form the new municipality of mass Lower Lusatia. On 31 December 1998 the municipality Lieskau was incorporated into the municipality lights -Schacksdorf. The communities Gröbitz and Ponnsdorf were incorporated on 31 December 2001 in the municipality of mass Lower Lusatia.

October 26, 2003, the municipality was Gahro by law in the community and the community Crinitz Göllnitz was incorporated into the municipality Sallgast. Thus, the number of official belonging to congregations had been reduced to four.
