Klępino Białogardzkie

KlEPINO Białogardzkie ( German Klempin ) is a district of the Polish community in Białogard powiat Białogardzki.

Geographical location

KlEPINO Białogardzkie is located six kilometers south-east of Białogard on a side road link to Bukówko ( New Buckow ) / Province Road 167 Koszalin ( Koszalin ) - Tychowo ( Tychowo ). Nearest railway station is Białogard. " Landmark" of the village is the former so-called " Klempiner mountain" that rises from the relatively shallow field marks in 74 meters height.

History

The village Klempin is first mentioned in connection with the award of Liibeck law to the city Belgard by Pomeranian Prince Bogusław IV already on August 2, 1299. In 1454 the city Belgard Klempin receives as combing village of Duke Eric I as a gift. Only in the French period and thanks to the reforms of the Freiherr vom Stein, this dependence was abolished by edicts from the years 1807 and 1811.

A large fire destroyed at Sunday, August 31, 1930 almost half the village. Polluters were children who had been playing with matches.

In the mid-19th century, 30 families lived with 177 members in town. There were 16 houses, a school house and 37 outbuildings. By 1939 the population rose slightly to 195 people with 45 households. The municipal area comprised 623 acres in 1931.

Out of 21 plants, the agricultural land has been cultivated. The craft was represented with a carpenter's shop and a smithy, trading in a butcher shop and a grocery store. Both businesses were forced to close, however, when the war broke out in 1939.

Klempin part of the official and the civil registry district Pumlow. The local court was Belgard. Last incumbent before 1945 Werner Haeger was mayor.

On 4 March 1945, the village population few people went up on some before the approaching Red Army troops on the run. The soldiers invaded the next day in the village, the damage did not exist. However, there were afterwards many buildings destruction and human injuries caused by the arbitrary will of the soldiers. In November 1945, the expulsion of the indigenous population began, the village Klempin came as KlEPINO Białogardzkie to Poland and now part of the rural municipality ( gmina wiejska ) Białogard.

Church

Klempin belonged to the parish Siedkow, which also includes the parish and the parishioners Pumlow villages Darkow and Dubberow ( with the chapel in small Dubberow ) belonged. So that the place belonged to the church Belgard county in Pomerania church of the Evangelical Church of the Old Prussian Union. In 1940, belonged to the parish church members in 2151.

Today KlEPINO Białogardzkie lies in the parish of Koszalin ( Koszalin ) in the Diocese of Pomerania - Greater Poland the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland.
