Kleť Observatory

The Kleť Observatory ( Hvězdárna Kleť ) is an astronomical observatory in the Czech Republic.

It is located in Southern Bohemia on the Kleť near the town of Český Krumlov. The astronomer Antonín Mrkos worked HERE FROM 1966 until 1991. Ladislav Brožek discovered here some asteroids. Currently, astronomers Jana Ticha and her husband Miloš Tichý work there.
